等离子体剜除术治疗前列腺增生

【摘要】 <正>目的探讨经尿道等离子体前列腺腔内剜除术的方法,评估该方法的效果。方法应用等离子电切治疗256例Ⅱ度-Ⅲ度前列腺增生患者。结果2例患者术中改为开放手术,无1例输血,8例患者术后出现尿道狭窄,39例患者出现短暂性尿失禁,25例患者出现勃起功能障碍(ED),118例患者出现逆向射精,无一例更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method of Transurethral Resection Enucleation and evaluate the clinical effect for Prostatic Hyperplasia. Methods In the treatment of 256 BPH patients mildly to seriously, Transurethral resection of the prostate were used. Results In the operation, 2 cases were changed to open operation and no blood transfusion occurred. After operation, 8 cases had urethral stricture, 39 cases had transient incontinence, 25 cases had ED, 118 cases had retrograde ejaculation and no true incontinence. I-PSS, QOL, MFR and PVR of all patients were improved significantly. Conclusions TransurethralResection Enucleation for treating Prostatic Hyperplasia is a safe and effective method.更多还原
