输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗ESWL术后残留输尿管结石

【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管结石行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石(ESWL)术后残留结石的治疗方法。方法:对85例ESWL术后残留输尿管结石患者,应用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗。结果:82例中79例原位一次碎石成功,3例有较大结石返回肾脏,加行1次ESWL,术后2个月复查结石均排净。仅1例结石下方输尿管明显狭窄进镜困难而改开放手术、另2例结石下方有较大肉芽组织粘连进镜时出现输尿管穿孔而改行开放手术取石。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗ESWL术后残留输尿管结石安全、有效,可作为本病的首选治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for residua ureteral calculi with ESWL. Methods: 85 patients of ureteral calcui treated with uretterosopic pneumatic lithotripsy after unsuccessful ESWL were analyzed. Results: 79 of 82 patients with ureteral calculi were succeeding at one time of in pneumatic ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Big fragments of 3 patients returned kidney. Combining with ESWL once. All calculi of patients discharged thoroughly after two month. One case ureterospoce could not pass through the narrow ureter to reach the stone were treated with open surgery. The perforation two cases were found in the ureter, and they were treated with open surgery. Conclusions: Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is a safe and effective treatment modality for residua ureteral calculi with ESWL. It should be considered as the first choice of treatment.更多还原
