女性膀胱颈器质性梗阻的诊断与治疗(附84例报告)

【摘要】 <正>目的:报道女性膀胱颈器质性梗阻的诊治体会。方法:总结女性膀胱颈器质性梗阻病例84例,均行经尿道膀胱颈电切术(TURBN),并联合a1-受体拮抗剂治疗。结果:84例随访3～30个月,排尿症状均有不同程度改善,Qmax>15ml/s,IPSS评分为5.4±1.8(术前25.8±4.4),生活质量评分为1.5±0.6(术前4.2±0.8)。病理检更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To present experience on the diagnosis and treatment for anatomy obstruction of female bladder neck.Methods:84 cases of anatomy obstruction of female bladder neck were studied.All the patents were treated by transurethral partial incision of the cervixvesicae combined with alpha1-adrenocept.Results:The patients have been followed up for 3 to 30 months.Urination has been improved in all.On repeated uroflowmetry,the 84 patients showed that the urine flow rates have been more than 15ml/s.IPSS scores was 5.4 ± 1.8 (25.8 ± 4.4 preoperative) and quality of life scores was 1.5 ±0.6 (4.2 ±0.8 preoperative).Fibroblast proliferation was noted in all and obvious chronic inflammation was in 78 cases1.Conclusions : clinical symptoms ,pressure - rate measurement and cystoscopy are reliable diagnostic methods.Transurehral partial incision of cervix vesicae combined with alpha1 - adrenoceptor antagonists is effective.更多还原
