微乳纳米反应器制备单分散性球形氧化铬超细粉的研究

【摘要】 将表面活性剂加入到一种热稳定性有机介质中作为油相,铬(Ⅵ)盐溶液中加入某种还原助剂作为水相,制成 W/O 型微乳纳米反应器,利用该技术制备出了不同粒度范围内的单分散球形氧化铬(Ⅲ)超细粉体。
【Abstract】 Spherical superfine chromiun(Ⅲ)oxide powder of different sizes and size distributions are prepared by in a W/O microemulsion system.It is shown that the parameters of mi- croemulsion reactor,the heating treatment have a significant in- fluence on the performance of the particles.
