【Abstract】 In this paper, an approximate analysis method is presented, theoretical analysis and numerical calculations have been completed, and then primitive structure and geometric parameters of the input cavity are obtained. Afterward, HFSS code is used to do accurate simulation and revise approximate analysis. Based on a large number of calculations and simulations, the optimal input cavity meeting the design requirement is attained.更多还原
