【摘要】 目的探讨血红素制备新工艺。方法采用氯仿为溶剂,猪血粉与乙醇进行酯化反应,得血红素二乙酯,然后用氢氧化钠溶液进行水解,再用盐酸溶液酸化,将析出的晶体用水洗至中性。结果用此法生产的血红素其纯度可达80％以上。结论用此法生产血红素切实可行,且未见报导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a new technique of heme preparation.Method Chlorofom.Pig blood powder was estifled with ethanol in chloroform forming a product named protoporpohyrin di-ethyl ester.Hydrolyzed the product NcOH,acidify the solution with HCl,and then wash the crystal formed with water until it reached neutral.Results The purity of heme could be more than 80% by this method.Conclusion The method used to produce heme is practical.No Paper about this procedure published.更多还原
