多元铜镍合金铸件的离心铸造工艺研究

【摘要】 本文通过调整离心铸造工艺过程中的离心转速、冷却方式、金属液浇注温度等参数,对比分析了一种含镍约17 wt%的高温耐磨多元铜镍合金铸锭的宏观组织和力学性能,获得了纵截而宏观组织全部为等轴晶的铸件。
【Abstract】 The article descried the adjustment of centrifuhal rotational speed,cooling method,pouring tem- perature of molten metal and other paramaters in centrifugal casting procedure.It compares and analyzes the macrostrueture and mechanical properties of heat-resistant cast Cu-Ni multi-component alloy with 17 wt% nickel content,through the process we got the casting whose maerostructure was fine equiaxed grains in the vertical section.
