合金化阻燃镁合金阻燃机理的探究

【摘要】 镁合金表面膜不致密、易燃烧,严重阻碍了镁合金的应用与发展。合金化阻燃镁合金可在熔炼过程中生成保护性氧化膜,阻止了镁合金在工作状态下燃烧,既符合环保要求又扩大了轻合金的使用范围。本文重点从致密度系数、热力学、动力学、氧化模型、以及蒸气压与表面活性元素理论五个方面介绍了目前对合金化阻燃镁合金研究的主要阻燃机理,并分析了各种理论的局限性,指出了合金化阻燃机理今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 The loose and inflammable MgO film is the primary obstacle to expand the application of magne- sium alloys.The compact and protective layer was formed during the melting of ignition-proof magnesium alloys by adding alloying agents to prevent the alloys from combustion.The procedure widens the applica- tion of the light metal alloys and accords with the requirement of environmental protection.The P-B ra- tio,thermodynamics,kinetics,oxidation model,the theory of vapor tension and surface active element were analyzed to reveal the mechanism of ignition-proof.Besides,the limitation of every theoretics was detailed and the development of the mechanism of igniton-proof was presented.
