锻铝SEC圆形结晶器透磁性能模拟研究

【摘要】 对电磁软接触SEC(Soft-contact Electromagnetic Casting)圆形锻铝结晶器的透磁性能进行了数值模拟分析,研究了电磁场参数安培匝、频率以及结晶器结构参数石墨衬套厚度、铝结晶器壁厚、开缝高度和一体或分体式结晶器对透磁性能的影响。研究表明:经过铝结晶器壁以及石墨的衰减后,不同安培匝数的磁感强度绝对值相差幅度不是太大;降低石墨衬套厚度对进入空载区磁感强度的提高有较明显的效果,每降低石墨厚度1毫米,提高磁感强度约0.6mT;降低铝结晶器壁厚度,可明显提高空载区磁感强度;对于未开缝结晶器,经过铝结晶器壁以及石墨层的衰减,进人铸型内腔的磁场强度几乎为零。而对于开缝结晶器,磁场在结晶器壁内的消耗也比较大;开缝高度的增加使得未进入铝壁内的磁感强度明显提高;分体式透过的磁感强度比一体式要大10mT左右。
【Abstract】 The permeability performance of round SEC Wrought aluminium crystallizer are carried through, The influence of electromagnetism field parameters ampere-turn、frequency and crystallizer configuration parameters graphite lining thickness、Duraluminium crystallizer thickness、slot height and crystallizer form the permeability performance of round SEC Wrought aluminium crystallizer are analysed.And the simula- tion results indicate that The influence of ampere-turn on magnetic field intensity is not obvious after Wrought aluminium crystallizer and graphite lining;The influence of graphite lining thickness on magnetic field intensity in the unload zone is obvious,the magnetic field intensity in the unload zone can enhance about 0.6mT when the graphite lining thickness reduce 1 millimeter;The influence of the reduction of wrought aluminium crystallizer thickness on magnetic field intensity in the unload zone is also very obvi- ous;Magnetic field intensity in the proplasm bore is almost zero in the crystallizer without slot after Wrought aluminium crystallizer and graphite lining;Moreover,magnetic field intensity that consumes in the crystallizer wall is comparatively great for crystallizer with slot;Magnetic field intensity in the proplasm bore enhance obviously along with the high of slot increases;Magnetic field intensity in the divided crys- tallizer is bigger about 10mT than that in the integrated crystallizer.
