气力填砂过程的研究
A Study of Aeration Sand Filling Process

【摘要】 气力填砂-高压压实是当前发展的一种新型粘土湿型砂造型方法。该方法采用气力充填作为填砂阶段,与传统的射砂/吹砂充填相比,使用的压缩气体的压力大大减小。低压力压缩空气的使用降低了能源消耗和造型室/砂箱及模样的磨损,但生产的砂型的质量还需要实验进一步的研究和证明。本文利用日本新东公司设计的型砂充填实验机进行了一系列实验,得到气力充填具有优良填砂效果的初步结论。同时,在实验基础上对填砂过程进行了数值模拟。
【Abstract】 Aeration filling and subsequent high pressure squeezing process is a state of art flaskless molding method.In this method,aeration filling is adopted as the sand filling stage,instead of the traditional shooting/blowing process.Low pressure compressed air is used for aeration filling,and consequently,the energy consumption is reduced and the wear of molding chamber and pattern plate is less.This paper fo- cuses on the study of the sand filling process and its influential factors.From a series of lab scale experi- ments with a specially designed sand filling test equipment,it can be seen that this method has the advan- tages of better sand filling effect and less energy consumption.
