【摘要】 目的探讨位于鼻后及眶尖部的眼眶肿瘤的手术摘除路径。方法对我院收治的三例位于鼻后及眶尖部且侵蚀皮肤引起眼睑皮肤缺损的眶巨大海绵状血管瘤采用经颅开眶联合眼睑皮肤游离植皮术摘除肿瘤。结果三例患者术后随访两年,未见复发,无严重并发症。结论经颅开眶术能有效治疗眼眶鼻后及眶尖部肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the theuretical effect of huge cavernous hemangiomas in orbit using transcranial orbitotomy combined with free grafting of eyelid skin,and explore the operating methods for orbital neoplasm lied in the orbital apex and postnatally.METHODS Transcranial orbitotomy in combination with free grafting of eyelid skin was performed on three patients with huge intraobital cavernous hemangiomas which lied orbital apex postnasally.RESULTS The hemangiomas of three patients were all recovered in a two-year postopreative follow-up without any complication,or recurrence.CONCLUSIONS Transcranial orbitotomy with free grafting of eyelid skin is a good approach for the orbital and postnasal tumors.更多还原
