【摘要】 目的探讨自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法复发性翼状胬肉患者146例(146眼),随机分为2组。第一组为治疗组68例(68眼),采用自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉。第二组为对照组78例(78眼),单纯切除复发性翼状胬肉,暴露角巩膜缘。结果术后随访1-5年。治疗组中2例患者发生翼状胬肉复发,复发率2.94%;对照组中有27例患者发生翼状胬肉复发,复发率34.62%;两组之间复发率比较,差异有显著性(X~2=21.0,P<0.0001)。所有患者眼球活动自如,未发生睑球粘连、疤痕增生等并发症。结论自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植术是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的一种有效的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of conjunctiva transplantation with Limbus Stem Cell for treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods This trial involved 146 subjects(146 eyes)with recurrent pterygium.In study group(68 eyes),conjunctiva transplantation with Limbus Stem Cell were performed after pterygium excision.In the control group(78 eyes),pterygium excision were performed only.Results The current rate of the study group was 2.94%,and it was lower than that (34.62%)in the control group(X~2=21.0,P<0.0001 ).There was not intraoperative and postoperative complications observed.Conclusion It is effective of the method of conjunctiva transplantation with Limbus Stem Cell for treatment of recurrent pterygium.更多还原
