【摘要】 目的:探讨超声刀在鼻内窥镜鼻腔血管瘤切除术中的可行性及优点。方法:在鼻内窥镜下利用超声刀直接闭合切除血管瘤治疗鼻腔血管瘤患者10例。结果:10例均一次成功摘除血管瘤,术中出血少,术后无出血及并发症发生,均在术后2-3天治愈出院。结论:鼻内窥镜下超声刀切除鼻腔血管瘤,具有视野清晰、术中出血少、手术安全可靠彻底、患者痛苦少,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussing the feasibility & merit of ultracision-harmonic scalpel in nasal cavity haemangioma resection under nasal endoscopes. Method:Resecting haemangioma through ultracision-harmonic scalpel under nasal endoscopes for 10 sufferers who had nasal cavity haemangioma. Result:The operations are one-off successful for all the 10 cases,the haemangioma of the 10 patients have been well resected.There are a few bleeding during the operations and no bleeding after it. All the patients have been healed after 2-3days with no sequelaes. Conclusion:The operation that resecting nasal cavityhaemangioma through ultracision-harmonic scalpel under nasal endoscopes have the advantages such as clear field of vision,few bleeding,safety,reliable and quite, lower pain and remarkable effect.更多还原
