【摘要】 目的:探讨应用钬激光联合膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的方法和效果。方法:对2003 年6月～2006年6月间应用钬激光经尿道切除肿瘤,术后联合膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤35 例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:全部患者均一次手术成功,术后创面基底及创缘病理检查无残余肿瘤,术后均行吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗。手术时间12～55min,术中无闭孔神经反射发生,无膀胱穿孔及明显出血等严重并发症,随访4～38个月,复发3例,其余患者疗效满意。结论:经尿道钬激光切除膀胱肿瘤方法简便,疗效可靠,无严重并发症,是治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的—种较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore Holmium laser resection combined with intravesical chemotherapy in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors.Methods:35 cases of superficial bladder tumors underwent endoscopic Holmium laser resection from Jun 2003 to Jun 2006 were reanalyzed retrospectively.Results:The procedure has been successful in all and cold cup biopsies of the tumor base and incisal margin were negative.All cases were combined with intravesical chemotherapy.The resection time was 12-55 minutes and no intraoperative complications such as bladder perforation, obturator nerve reflex or secondary hemorrhage were found.All patients have been followed up for 4-38 months.3 recurrence,conclusions:Holmium laser resection of superficial bladder tumors is a simple and effective therapeutic method and no serious intraoperative or postoperative complications.更多还原
