【Abstract】 Percutaneous coronary intervention is an effective therapy for patients with coronary artery disease.However,its role in perioperative period has not been confirmed.Recent researches have showed preoperative PCI may have adverse impact on the outcomes of the patients undergoing noncardiac surgery,especially for those who have implanted coronary stents.Severe hemorrhage and thrombosis in the stents are two major risks for those patients.Careful preoperative evaluation and optimal perioperative management may improve their outcomes.更多还原
