【摘要】 目的:现察小儿咳喘灵口服液佐治支气管肺炎的疗效及毒副作用.方法:对门诊或住院确诊的支气管肺炎120例,随机分为治疗组80例,对照组40例,两组均用常规抗感染治疗,治疗组加用小儿咳喘灵口服液.结果:治疗组总有效91.30%,对照组77.50%(P<0.05),在退热、止咳、消除啰音方面治疗组优于对照组(P 均<0.01).结论:小儿咳喘灵口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效好,无毒副作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect and collateral action of xiao’er kechuanling koufuye in auxiliary treatment of brochopneumonia.Method:120 cases with bronchopneumonia diagnosed definitely were randomly,divided into two groups—the treatment group 80 cases and the control group 40 cases.The those of two groups were treated by anti-infection.Treatment group were giren extra xiao’er kechuanling Koufuye.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 91.3%,then the contrasting group 77.5%.Comparing with two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Defervescence,suppressing cough and eliminating tympany were more obvious in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Xiao’er kechuanling koufuye may signifycantly improve symptom in bronchopneumonia,and colleteral action were lower.更多还原
