【摘要】 目的:为临床合理应用抗癫痫药物提供参考。方法:回顾分析我院抗癫痫药物(苯巴比妥、卡马西平、苯妥英钠)的血药浓度监测数据。结果:达有效血药浓度的患者比例分别为76．58％、 64．26％、17．31％。结论:临床处方抗癫痫药物应根据血药浓度来调整剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To give some information for administration of antiepileptic drugs in clinic. METHODRetrospect to the monitoring to the blood concentration of antiepileptic drugs (phenobarbital、carbamazepine、phenytoin sodium) in epileptic patients. RESULTS The percent of reching effective blood concentration was 76.58%、64.26%、1731%. CONCLUSIONS The administration of antiepileptic drugs in epileptic patients must be based on the data of the blood concentration.更多还原
