2002-2004年衢州市食源性致病菌监测

【摘要】 目的了解衢州市食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,为制定食源性致病菌的预防措施提供依据。方法采用检测食品中食源性致病菌的国家标准检验方法并增加分离用科玛嘉显色培养基和API生化试条的使用。结果 2002年8月至2004年10月对衢州市区菜场、超市等采集各类食品250份,食源性致病菌总检出率为21.20%。结论通过连续三年对食品中食源性致病菌的污染监测分析,食源性致病菌检出率分别为18.03%(11/61)、15.22% (14/92)和28.87%(28/97)。表明食源性致病菌在我市食品中存在不同程度的污染。提示对食源性致病菌在我市食品中的潜在隐患应引起食品卫生监管部门的高度重视。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to monitor the food products contaminated by pathogens in Quzhou , its distribution features and to provide needed information to policy makers to work out relevant regulations and construct food safety alarming system . Methods Inspected by the national examination method , added to chromagar plates and API biochemical reaction plates. Results They are responsible for randomly collecting food products from markets and supermarket in summer and autumn seasons from 2002 through 2004 . Altogether , there were 250 samples collected and tested . Conclusion The results showed that the detection rate of pathogens was 21.20% . In the 3 years , the positive rate each year for pathogens was 18.03%, 15.22% and 28.87% respectively . The study showed that there were pathogens contamination existing in raw or frozen poultry meat , vegetables, sea food , cooked meat and other food products in surveillance spots . And it is necessary to further strengthen public hygiene supervision and monitoring in the process of processing and transportation to minimize the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
