大肠癌同时性肝转移的手术治疗(附28例报告)

【摘要】 目的探讨大肠癌同时性肝转移手术切除的疗效。方法回顾性分析1996年3月至2001年 3月收治并予手术切除的28例大肠癌同时性肝转移患者的临床资料。全部病例均予随访。结果全组28例术后均无严重并发症。2、3、5年生存率分别为60．71％(17／28),42．86％(12／28)和28．57％ (8／28)。结论掌握大肠癌同时性肝转移的手术指征,精细操作,手术治疗是安全的,且具有较好的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical therapeutic effect of concurrent liver metastases from colorectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients operated on for concurrent liver metastases from colorectal carcinoma between March 1996 and March 2001 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were followed up. Results 28 patients recovered without crucial complication. The 2-, 3-and5-year survival rate was 60.71% (17/28) , 42.86% (12/28) and 28.57% (8/28) . Conclusions With adherence to the indications of concurrent liver metastases from colorectal carcinoma and operating with fine technique, surgical dissection is safe for the treatment of patients with concurrent liver metastases from colorectal carcinoma , and has a more favorable clinical effect.更多还原
