【摘要】 本文结合我国餐饮业的现状,应用价值工程的管理思想与技术系统的研究了餐饮产品的质量创新问题,为餐饮产品的开发提供了科学的方法。
【Abstract】 Applying the advanced management thought and technology of VE,on the base of the investigation to the present situation on dict industry,the author of the thesis studies systematically the problem on quality innovation of diet products and provides scientific mcthods to develop new diet products.
