苦竹竹材化学与力学性质的相关性分析

【摘要】 测定了1—5年生苦竹秆上、中、基3个部位的顺纹抗压强度、顺纹抗拉强度、弦向抗弯强度和化学组成, 并对其进行了相关分析,结果表明:顺纹抗拉强度与各化学组成均为显著相关,顺纹抗压强度与纤维素的质量分数达显著相关,木质素和苯一醇抽提物的质量分数与力学强度为正相关,纤维素、灰分、热水抽出物、1%NaOH 抽出物的质量分数与力学强度为负相关。
【Abstract】 Determination and analysis on compressive strength and tensile strength parallel to grain, plain bending strength and chemical composition of 3 parts of 1 - 5 year Pleioblastus amarus culm demonstrated that tensile strength parallel to grain had correlation with each chemical composition, compression strength parallel to grain had significant relation with mass fraction of cellulose. The mass fractions of lignin and benzene extracts had positive correlation with mechanical properties, and that of cellulose, ash content, hot-water extractives and 1%NaOH extracts had negative correlation.
