【摘要】 利用农杆菌介导的丝状真菌遗传转化方法获得了2500余个稻曲病菌随机插入突变体。对随机挑取的突变体的生长速度、产孢能力和致病力等生物学性状进行了测定,结果显示除生长速度差异较小外,产孢能力和致病力有了明显的改变。该突变体库建立为进一步研究稻曲病菌的分子遗传机制提供了良好的材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 About 2500 transformants of Ustilaginoidea virens were gotten by a Agrobacterium tumefaciens-medialed transformation system. The biological characteristics of 30 transformants selected randomly and the wild type strain Uv7 were tested in growth rate, sporulation and virulence. The results showed that 30 transformants had no obviously changed in growth rate, but some transformants had differentiation in sporulation and virulence against the wild type. This work provides an opportunity for advancing studies of the molecular genetics of the fungus.更多还原
