纳米β-氢氧化镍改性锌-空气电池正极材料的结构与性能

【摘要】 采用沉淀转化法制备出纳米结构β-氢氧化镍,用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET比表面积仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线能谱(XEDS)等对试样的结构和形貌进行表征,估算试样在(001)、(100)及(101)晶面垂直方向的平均尺寸约为2.9nm,23.7nm和 5.1nm,比表面积为68m2/g,FE-SEM照片显示试样为35-40nm厚的片状颗粒。在浓度为 6mol/L的KOH溶液中,采用线性电位扫描和循环伏安(CV)法对氧电极的电化学性能进行研究。结果表明,含有10%MnO2和10%Ni(OH)2的正极氧还原复合催化材料,在-0.7V(vs.SCE)的极化电位下,电流密度可达到53mA/cm2,而纯的MnO2催化材料仅为45mA/cm2,即用纳米β-Ni (OH)2改性后,氧化锰具有更佳的催化活性,并具有良好的循环伏安性能。

【Abstract】 Nanostructured β-nickel hydroxide powder had been synthesized by precipitate-transformation method, the structure and morphology of the synthesized material were studied by XRD, BET, FE-SEM, TEM and XEDS. It was knowed that the particle sizes of(100), (101), (110)planes were about 2. 9nm, 20. 7nm and 5. 1nm respectively, the special surface area is 68m2/g, the thickness of sheet sample was 35nm to 40nm showed by FE-SEM micrograph. The electrochemical performances of oxygen electrode was studied by using potential linear sweep and cyclic voltammograms(CV) in the solution of 6M KOH. The experimental results show that, the current density of positive Electrocatalysis contained 10wt% MnO2 and 10wt% Ni(OH)2 for dioxygen reduction is 53mA/ cm2 at -0. 7V(vs. SCE) which is better than that obtained with single manganese dioxide catalyst (45mA/cm2), and it displays a well performance of cyclic voltammograms.
