激光光热反射技术测量材料的热扩散率
Measurement of Thermal Diffusivity for Solid Materials by Laser Photothermal Reflectance Technique

【摘要】 本文提出一种利用激光光热反射技术测量固体材料热扩散率的方法。通过比较已知热扩散率材料和特测样品幅频特性的差异来得到样品的热扩散率,讨论了泵浦和探测光斑大小对测量结果的影响。实验结果说明了上述方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new approach measuring the thermal diffusivity of solid materials by laser photothermal reflectance technique is introduced. The thermal diffusivity of sample can be obtained by comparing the amplitude response of material which thermal diffusivity is known with the sample’s amplitude response. The influence of spot radius of pump and probe beam on measurement result is discussed in detail. The experimental results illustrate that the method described above is reasonable.
