浙江省全科医学岗位培训师资现状分析

【摘要】 目的了解和分析浙江全科医学岗位培训师资的现况。探讨目前取得成就与存在问题,为我国全科医学岗位培训师资的可持续发展提高依据。方法采用问卷调查法, 以浙江省各地市全科医学教育培训分中心或各培训基地拟参加全科医学各课程教学的教师和临床医师为研究对象。对他们的基本状况、培训情况、教学情况进行统计分析。结果浙江省全科医学教师平均年龄45．12岁;大专学历占21．7％,本科及本科以上学历占72．0%; 中级职称占47．6％,副高和高级职称占45．5％。有92．5％接受过全科医学教师省内外全科医学中心培训。浙江的全科医学教师对自己目前的教学情况满意较高,所有课程的教学能力自我满意度都在90％以上。结论浙江省的全科医学岗位培训师资的结构配置较合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know how the situation of qualified to teachers for general practitioners training in ZheJiang province is and analyze the situation. To make a discussion on the problem and the achievement at present, then setting an example for the development. Method: lots of questionaries are sent to teachers and clinical teachers in all general practice training centre in every city of zhejiang province. Results: the average age of the teachers is 45.12; 72% is undergraduate or above; 45.5% is advanced doctor. 92.5% has been accepted the professional training by general practice centre. Most of teachers are satisfied with their teaching and ability. Conclusion: the quality of teachers is high level in china. And the structure of teachers’ group is reasonable.更多还原
