角膜非球面性系数的相关因素分析(英文)

【摘要】 <正>Objective: To investigate the related factor analysis of corneal asphericity (Q-value) . Methods: Corneal topography and wavefront data were collected from 179 myopic eyes .The Q-value was computed from corneal Shape Factor (SF), and wavefront data was computed for a 6.0-mm pupil. Results: The relationship between Q-value and Spherical aberration(C12) was statistically significant (r=0.362, p=0.000). This was also the case for the relationship between Q-value and corneal astigmatism(r=-0.185, p=0.013). In addition, no association could be demonstrated between Q-value and RMS HO(r=-0.132, p=0.078)or C7(r=-0.122, p=0.135)or C8 (r=-0.133, p=0.076) , and there was no relationship between Q-value and comeal SimK-value (r = 0.029, p = 0.696). Conclusion: Spherical aberration and the value of corneal astigmatism are the most importantly related factor of Q-value.更多还原
