OCT黄斑疾病诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的: 探讨OCT(光学相干性断层扫描)在黄斑疾病诊断中的应用。方法: 选择黄斑疾病的病人:黄斑裂孔、视网膜色素上皮脱离、视网膜前膜、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、Stargardt病,对他们进行眼底荧光血管造影检查及OCT扫描。结果: 所有病人均能明确诊断,并可以与相关疾病相鉴别。结论: OCT与FFA相结合能够准确诊断黄斑疾病,具有重要的临床价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of OCT (Optical coherence tomography ) in diagnoses of macular diseases. Methods Patients with macular disease were selected including macular holes, detachments of pigment epithelium and sensory retina, epiretinal membranes, macular edema, central serous choroidoretinopathy and Stargardt disease. FFA (fundus fluorescein angiography ) and OCT (Zeiss-Humphrey, Dublin, California) imaging system were used to evaluate these cases. Results All diseases were diagnosed exactly and differentiated with other related disease . Conclusions OCT was a valuable complementary method to diagnoses of macular diseases.
