基于压电陶瓷发电的轮胎压力监测系统设计

【摘要】 该文介绍了基于压电陶瓷发电的无源轮胎压力监测系统。它采用SP12检测轮胎压力,低功耗、小封装的MC9S08QG8和MAX1472完成采集信息的处理和无线发射,微功率压电陶瓷发电模块提供电能,从而淘汰了电池,提高了监测模块数据发射的密度。经实验表明,轮胎内压力监测模块由微功率压电陶瓷发电模块提供电能是可行的。
【Abstract】 This paper present a tire pressure monitoring system based on piezoelectric ceramic.It adopts SP12 as the pressure monitoring module,low power cost chip MC9S08QG8 as the MCU,MAX1472 for RF communication,piezoelectric ceramic to supply the power.The previous systems which use battery to supply the power usually have a short life.This system solves that and increases the transmit density.It provides accurate temperature and pressure giving the driver credible protection.
