评价三种方法检测酵母样真菌对氟康唑敏感性的临床应用研究

【摘要】 目的采用三种抗真菌药敏试验检测酵母样真菌对氟康唑敏感性。方法通过检测107株酵母样真菌对氟康唑的敏感性,评价美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的纸片扩散法、ROSCO 纸片扩散法和ATB FUNGUS 2的临床应用。结果 NCCLS推荐的纸片扩散法与丹麦ROSCO纸片扩散法、 ATB FUNGUS 2符合程度分别为94.39%、91.59%,均无一种方法敏感或耐药而其它两种方法为耐药或敏感的严重错误。结论 NCCLS推荐的纸片扩散法、 ROSCO 纸片扩散法和ATB FUNGUS 2对氟康唑的检测符合率好,准确率高,可在临床中推广应用。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study comparatively three methods for flucinazole antifungal susceptibility. METHODS 107 clinical isolates of yeasts were examined for the susceptibilily to fluconazole by the two disk diflusion test (NCCLS 2003 M44-p and Rosco ) and ATB fungus 2 . RESULTS The total rate of drug sensitive test of fluconazole by the two disk diffusion test was 94.39%,that by NCCLS 2003 M44-p and ATB fungus 2 was 91.59%. There aren’ t major errors that the result by NCCLS is sensitive or resistance while by other two methods is resistance or sensitive. CLONCLUSIONS The NCCLS,Rosco disk diffusion method and ATB fungus 2 have approximate result ,and is easier to perform and more accurate ,the three methods can be chosen as routin clinical antifungual testing method .
