【摘要】 目的测定香桂胶囊体外对深部念珠菌的抗菌活性及治疗肠道念珠菌感染的临床疗效观察。方法采用试管药基法对香桂胶囊进行白念株菌、热带念珠菌、克柔氏念珠菌、光滑念珠菌体外抗菌活性的测定。用香桂胶囊治疗肠道念珠菌感染60例进行临床疗效的观察。结果香桂胶囊对深部念珠菌有明显的抗菌作用,其中对白念株菌抗菌作用最强,对热带念珠菌、克柔氏念珠菌、光滑念珠菌也有较强的抗菌作用。治疗60例肠道念珠菌感染(白念株菌30例,热带念珠菌18例,克柔氏念珠菌6例, 光滑念珠菌6例),治愈43例(71．67％),有效15例(25％)好转2例(3．33％),治疗有效58例(96．67 ％),治愈好转率为100％。结论香桂胶囊对深部念珠菌(白念株菌、热带念珠菌、克柔氏念珠菌、光滑念珠菌)体外有很强的抗菌活性,治疗肠道念珠菌感染有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the susceptibility of Candida about XIANGGUI capsule, so as to observe the treatment effect of the intestinal track candidia infection. Methods: The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of XIANGGUI capsule to Candida albicans, Candida tropicals, Candida krasei, Candida glabrata was measured by the medicine culture medium tube. Furthermore treat 60 cases patients of intestinal candidia infection with GUIPI capsule and observe the effect. Results: The fungi in test were inhibited significantly by XIANGGUI capsule. Candida albicans is the most sensitive, following by Candida tropicals, Candida krusei, Candida glabrata in sequence. 60 cases in the study(30 Candida albicans cases, 18 Candida tropicals cases, 6 Candida krusei cases, 6 Candida glabrata cases), after treated by XIANGGUI capsule, 43 cases are cured (71.67%), 15 cases are effected (25%), 2 cases are improved (3.33%). Among them 58 cases are treated validly (96.67%) and all the patients make progress in different degree. Conclusion:XIANG GUI capsule is sensitive to deep Candida (candida albicans, Candida tropicals, Candida krusei, Candida glabrata) in vitro. It is effective to treat intestinal candidia infection.更多还原
