【摘要】 目的了解传染性非典型肺炎,世界卫生组织又称严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法采用流式细胞仪对93例临床确诊的SARS患者、50例获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）患者及64例健康体检者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。93例患者中,男40例、女53例;年龄17～88岁,平均44岁;重型35例、普通型58例。结果健康体检者外周血CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺分别为（1527±470）、（787±257）、（633±280）个/μl;93例急性期SARS患者分别为（722±533）、（438±353）、（307±217）个/μl,均有不同程度的下降（P值均<0.01）,重症病例下降尤其明显,5例死亡患者外周血CD₄⁺均低于200个/μl;SARS患者恢复期CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺多数恢复正常。而AIDS患者以CD₄⁺降低为主,为（296±298）个/μl;且CD₈⁺升高,为（818±566）个/μl。结论SARS患者有明显的细胞免疫损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of subsets of blood T lymphocyte in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and their clinical significance. Methods Subsets of blood T lymphocyte in 93 patients with SARS were detected by flow cytometer. The patients comprised 40 men and 53 women, aged 17-88 years ( average 44 years) . The results detected in 64 normal subjects and 50 patients with AIDS served as controls. Results The numbers of CD3+ , CD4+ , and CD8+ lymphocytes all significantly decreased in acute phase of SARS patients compared with those in normal persons. Their findings was different from what we observed in patients with AIDS who had decreased CD4+ , but increased CD8+ counts. The counts of CD3+ , CD4+ , and CD8+ lymphocytes decreased more apparently in patients with critical SARS. All the five patients who died had CD4* counts less than 200/p.l. As the patients’ conditions improved, the counts of CD3+ , CD4+ , and CD8+ gradually returned to normal. Conclusion The patients with SARS were found having the damage of cellular immunity markedly.更多还原
