【Abstract】 Current researches mainly discuss the importance of training and the implementation of training,but there has been few researches on the enterprise shareholders’ optimal investments of training projects or on the trainings in which the employees actively participate.In this paper,we adopt marginal analysis method and use a cost and benefit analysis model to study the distribution of profits between shareholders and staff,and give a reasonable theo- retical explanation for incentive mechanism of training.更多还原
