【摘要】 引入前人提出的质量预防水平和质量检测水平的概念,拓展质量损失与质量水平的函数关系,建立了一个制造商和一个销售商构成的二级供应链的利润模型。发现各自承担损失的策略不能同时实现局部最优和全局最优情况。从而设计出分摊策略,实现了这一目标。最后,通过算例证明了这一结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the concepts of quality prevention level and quality examination level are introduced,which the predecessor proposed,the functional relation of mass defect and quality level is developed,the profit model of two-classes supply chain constituted of a manufacturer and a seller is established.It is found out that the strategy of undertaking the loss respectively can not realize optimization simultaneously in the local and overall situations. Thus the strategy of sharing is designed,and then this goal has been achieved.Finally,this conclusion has been proved through the example of calculation.更多还原
