【摘要】 本文从效率基本范畴的分析出发,通过对我国上市公司股权再融资资金运动规律的分析,提出资金运动三重性理论。在此基础上,阐述了上市公司股权再融资效率内涵,提出建立包括制度效率、资源配置效率和资源运用效率的上市公司股权再融资效率分析体系,分析了资源运用效率所涵盖的治理效率、价值效率和价格效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper sets out the analysis of the basic category to efficiency at first,and studies the characteristics of listed companies seasoned equity offerings(SEO)funds’ movement.On this foundation,the SEO efficiency con- tent,which includes the policy efficiency,funds allocation efficiency and funds using efficiency,is put forward. The funds using efficiency consists of corporate governance efficiency,the value efficiency and price efficiency is emphasized.更多还原
