【Abstract】 This article first analyzes the challenges which companies confront when they take knowledge sharing process in the context of internet. Then it puts forward the basic frame of the IT service, based on which is studied the setting up of companies’ knowledge sharing space foundation, and emphazed the application of knowledge sharing within the internal of company, and put forward the innovation strategy of IT service in the context of internet which promotes companies to implement knowledge sharing more efficiency. Finally, it conducts a case study to confirm the theoretical idea in this paper.更多还原
