【摘要】 基于终端用户计算机满意(EUCS)理论和信息系统成功(ISS)理论,本文构建了评价旅游网站使用者满意的理论和概念模型,并通过结构方程模型(SEM)分析方法,对度量模型与在线调查获得的数据的拟合程度进行了比较,发现基于ISS的旅游网站使用者满意模型具有更强的解释能力。最后,本文分析了造成上述差异的原因,并比较了旅游网站与信息系统的差别,随后,本文进一步提出了未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on end-user computing satisfaction ( EUCS) and information system success (ISS) theory, this article constructed theoretical and conception model for user’ s satisfaction to travel web site. With the aids of structural equation model (SEM) , the model was compared with the filling degree through data of online survey. The conclusion is that integrated model based on ISS model is more powerful in interpreting user satisfaction to travel web sites than the one based on EUCS model. In the end, the reason for above differences was discussed. Furthermore, the comparison of travel web site and information system was also conducted, and the future research direction was proposed.更多还原
