【摘要】 银行服务排队在日常生活当中屡见不鲜,为了使顾客排队等待的时间尽可能减少,除了合理安排工作人员的服务及服务设备外,还应该考虑如何安排排队更有效。本文在银行服务排队问题分析的基础上,利用排队论比较了不同排队方式下的效率,得出了较好的排队方式,得出结论认为排成一个大队要优于排成几个小队。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bank queuing is a common occurrence in life. In order to lessen customer’ s queuing waiting time as possible, it should not only deal with employee’ s work and service device of bank well, but also consider how to arrange for queuing to be more efficient. Based on the analysis of bank queuing, a better queuing mode is obtained by comparing the efficiency among different queuing modes. The conclusion is that the efficiency of a large queue is higher than that of several small queues.更多还原
