【摘要】 知识流动是知识和知识管理研究中的瓶颈和核心,但其微观机理目前还鲜有研究。鉴于制造企业运行过程中的知识流动具有业务流程性的特征,本文从基于过程的角度来分析制造企业的知识流行为及其微观机理。首先在三个维度上对研究对象进行了分类,建立了企业支撑层上的知识管理集成框架,然后在构建基于过程的知识流动模型的基础上,分析了知识流动微观类型和运行方式,最后对企业知识流动分析提出了可操作性的分析步骤和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 knowledge flow is the bottleneck and the key point in the research of knowledge and knowledge management. Now little progresses have been made in its microcosmic mechanism. For manufacturing enterprises’ knowledge flow having the character of process and business flow, this paper analyzed the knowledge flow behavior and microcosmic mechanism based processed. Firstly, the author discusses the knowledge flow types based three dimensionality , establishes two knowledge management integrating framework. Then in the base of constructing knowledge flow model based processed; the knowledge flow microcosmic types and operating mode have been analyzed. Finally the steps and method that are maneuverability to knowledge flow are put forward.更多还原
