【摘要】 企业兼并是产业结构调整的重要方式,企业兼并一方面导致企业集中度提高,增加厂商市场势力;另一方面企业兼并又可能带来各种协同效应,提高厂商的生产效率,促进产业良性发展。在很多情况下,兼并导致的市场势力和协同效应同时存在。本文构造了一个基于非对称市场结构下的企业横向兼并模型,分析了横向兼活动的市场力量和消费者福利情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Merger is the important way in which manufacturer’s structure is adjusted.On one hand,merger hascaused the improvement of industry’s concentration degree,thus resulted in the market power of enterprises.On theother hand,mergers can improve the production efficiency of enterprises,thus promote the development of the indus-try,so manufacturing enterprises and consumers both draw advantages from merger activity.Under many circum-stances,the market power and cooperative effect exist at the same time in merger activity.A horizontal merger modelbased on asymmetric cost structure has been constructed,been market power of ewter pvises and walfare of consum-ers in horzonTal merger activity have been analyzed.更多还原
