【摘要】 对于处在高速增长时期的中国经济来说,正面临着经济增长和环境保护的双重压力,一方面,落后的能源工业技术和管理水平以及较低的能源利用率和人均消费量,使得能源浪费和短缺并存,供需矛盾尖锐;另一方面,以煤为主的能源生产和消费结构导致了严重的环境污染,而中国经济高速增长的势头对能源需求将持续增长。论文基于我国工业化加速发展与资源利用现状,建立了能源和经济关系的相关数学模型,得出通过优化能源结构和有效实施资源与环境管理,实现“低代价经济增长”和促进经济可持续发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economy is growing at high speed in China,and Chinese is facing double pressure of economic growthand environmental protection.On the one hand,there are backward energy industrial technology and management,low energy utilization ratio and average consumption in China.They make the energy waste coexisted with shortage,and the contradictory between supply and demand is sharp;On the other hand,for consumption structure and pro-duction of energy rely mainly on coal,so they have caused serious environmental pollution.The tendency that Chi-na’s economy grows at high speed will increase the energy demand continuously.Based on the current situation ofresources utilization and the high speed industrialization in our country,this paper establishes the mathematicalmodel of energy and economy.Through optimizing the structure of energy and effectively implementing managementof resource and environment,the policy proposal is made to realize“economy growing with the low cost”and pro-mote economic sustainable development.更多还原
