【Abstract】 Knowledge integration is the key to gain a persistent competitive advantage for an enterprise,and is thecore tache of achieving knowledge creation and technology innovation in enterprises.On the basis of systematic anal-ysis on the connotation,characteristics,main composing elements of enterprise knowledge integration,the paper es-tablishes a model that can illustrate correlation between knowledge integration force and correlative influence fac-tors,and then analyses the model.Furthermore,it reveals the inner mechanism of enterprise knowledge integrationforce profoundly.更多还原
