建筑工程项目全寿命安全管理决策的贝叶斯方法

【摘要】 建筑工程项目的安全度因混凝土耐久性的劣化而不断降低,大量项目的维修和重建造成了越来越严重的经济负担,日益得到工程界和管理部门的高度重视。本文在简单介绍混凝土耐久性和结构性能劣化原因的基础上,讨论了基于安全可靠度的建设项目全寿命经济评估的内容和方法,提出了考虑耐久性劣化的混凝土结构可靠度的评估和管理决策的框架,给出了应用贝叶斯理论进行可靠度分析的方法和步骤,总结了提高建筑工程项目长远经济目标的措施和建议。
【Abstract】 Safety level of construction project is decreasing as the deteriorating of concrete durability.The problemsof marvelous maintenance and rehabilitation cost bring more and more economic burden to the society.They are atta-ched increasingly importance by engineering and management realms.This paper briefly introduces the durabilityproblems of concrete and deterioration of structural performance,and discusses the methods and problems of life cy-cle cost analysis of construction project based on safety reliability,and proposes the framework of structural reliabili-ty assessment and management decision-making in consideration of the concrete structural durability,and gives outthe methods and procedure of reliability analysis using Bayesian theorem.The measurements and suggestions of en-hancement of long-term economic objectives of construction projects are summarized.
