【Abstract】 The pilots’transition in positions and aircraft types is indispensable in human resource programming ofairline companies.And it is also one of the most important measures to meet the demand in work of airline compa-nies.In this paper network is used to describe it and a mathematical programming model is built according to varia-ble schemes and regulations on pilots’transition.At last the algorithm is given with network flow theory.更多还原
