【摘要】 迫于竞争的压力,供应链管理理论越来越受到企业界的重视,尤其在供应链渠道协调方面。供应链渠道协调可以通过适当的信息和激励措施,保证买卖双方协调运作,进而提高供应链系统绩效。本文从供应链的基本定义入手,阐述了供应链管理的目标及供应链渠道协调的研究现状,并重点就供应链渠道协调中的数量折扣策略进行了综述。结合相关文献,总结了该项研究中出现的折扣形式和决策问题,指出了几个有待进一步研究的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 forced by the competition,more and more companies and scholars start to pay attentions to supply chainmanagement,especially in the channel coordination of supply chains,which improves the performance of supplychains by the relevant information and inspirited policy to achieve the coordination between buyers and vendors.Inthis paper,we started with the basic definition of supply chains,and expatiated the objective of supply chain man-agement and the status quo in the channel coordination of supply chains.Then,we expounded synthetically litera-tures on channel coordination with discount policies mainly,and sumed up several kinds of discount policies and itsdecision problems on channel coordination with quantity discount.Last,we discuss some possible further study areasfor channel coordination with discount policies in supply chain management.更多还原
