【摘要】 对企业生命体特征的发现促进了经济学、管理学和生态学的融合,越来越多的学者运用生态学的理论和方法研究经济系统和企业系统的复杂性。本文从企业种的角度出发,引入数学模型以阐述企业种生态位拓展模式,并进一步探讨企业种在种内和种间竞争力作用下的演替规律。在此基础上揭示出企业个体必须根据不同阶段企业种生态位的特征,进一步做好生态位拓展和生态位选择的工作,这项工作对企业健康成长具有重要的启示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The discovery for the characteristics of enterpriser life promotes the syncretism of economics and ecology, more and more specialists and scholars use ecological theory and ecological methodology to do the further research on the complexity of economic system. This paper is from enterprise genus points of view to set forth two kinds of enterprise genus enlarging rules by building two simple mathematical models, which are obscure character competing model and distinct character competing model. Besides, make a further discussion on enterprise ecological competing strategy for how to get adaptiveness in the complicated environment.更多还原
