【Abstract】 How to design and carry on performance management system in developing firms is a difficult problem. Based on the concept, situation of PM and characters of developing firms, combined with the example of Tian Di Media Co. Ltd. , according to MBO, BSC, KPI, PDCA, the paper creates the performance management system. Furthermore, the article solves the problems of practice and looks forward to the prospect of BPM.更多还原
