【Abstract】 There are numerous factors of production that move to city because of urbanism. It has strengthened the economic service function of city and support for regional industry development. Since reform and opening up to the outside world, urbanism process accelerates in Shan’xi in order to develop high new technology and brings positive promotiue role. At the same time, there are some reasons to restrain the development of high new technology. In this paper, the author analyzed the problems existed in Shan’xi urbanism development and made related suggestions.更多还原
