【摘要】 从城市路网的优化改造、城市道路的合理定向和城市交通信号灯智能控制三个层面,系统的分析和讨论城市交通的优化改造与智能管理;把城市道路抽象为图和网络,利用运筹学中的图与网络流理论,模糊集理论,提出一种系统解决交通问题的方法;最后探讨了现阶段解决交通问题的一条有效途径,即优先发展城市公共交通。更多还原

【Abstract】 By three levels of the optimal modification in the traffic network,reasonable orientation of the roads and the intelligent management, we discuss and analyze the traffic problem in a system view.
