【摘要】 南水北调东线水资源供应链是一个多流域、多水源、多目标的复杂水资源大系统。在市场经济下环境下,本文引入供应链管理方面的思想、理论和方法,着重体现“沟通与协调”,而不是传统的一味追求系统“技术经济寻优”;在分析南水北调东线水资源供应链契约的基础上,建立节点供需方的协调因子模型,采用通用的全局优化方法遗传算法对协调因子可能存在区间搜索求解。其建模思想及算法求解从管理学和经济学角度为南水北调工程建成后水价制定及机制运营提供一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water resource supply chain of SNTP is an enormously complex water resource system with the multi-drainage areas, multi-water source and multi-objects. Under the market economy, the ideas, the theories and the methods in the supply chain management were introduced to this paper, which emphasized the " communication and cooperation" , did not traditionally seek "optimization of purely technological economy ". Based on the analysis of the supply chain contract of SNTP, it established the cooperative factor (CF) model between supplier and de-mander in the supply chain nodes, adopted genetic algorithm of the commonly global optimization methods to seek the optimal solutions of CF in the possible intervals. The modeling idea and the solution algorithm have a certain reference value for setting down the water price and running mechanism after establishing SNTP from the point of management and economy.更多还原
