【摘要】 本文分析了路桥建设项目对房地产价值的影响,利用最优化模型得到了对房屋交通方便性资源n进行选择的一阶条件,并进而对路桥建设项目福利计量的方法问题,从效用度量和货币度量两个角度进行了研究,最后,采用显示性偏好理论模型对路桥建设项目与房地产价值之间的关系进行了实证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we work over the measurement analysis on worthiness of real estate affected by road & bridge project.
